Practice, practice...

I'm finished with my router jig. But it didn't come out the way I wanted...it was really difficult to cut out the "rails". They didn't really "equalized". I need to find someone with a band saw. My neighbourgh...;-)

I think I will test Dan Grafs (grafsnowboards.com) rail idea ith aluminium.
BTW I'm buying a planer this weekend! Mostly for "planing" the core. To make it thinner...but
I saw an article at skibuilders.com how you can plan the core instead of routing it.
